Apacer Technology Inc. Sx220 CFast Memory Cards are enhanced flash memory cards with Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) 6.0Gbps interface with high performance. The Sx220 CFast memory cards consist of SATA-based 7-pin and 17-pin signal segment for power and control purposes. These flash memory cards are engineered with DRAM cache for enhanced random performance and are able to achieve high data transfer rates. The Sx220 CFast memory cards operate at 0°C to 70°C standard temperature range and 3.135V to 3.465V supply voltage range.
