Ricoh Electronic Devices Company Automotive DC/DC Converters are able to achieve low supply current with high efficiency. These converters are processed and miniaturized by CMOS analog technology and by elaborate design skills. Most of the converters have an operating temperature from -40°C to 125°C. Protections include: three types of overcurrent protection (foldback, latch, or reset), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown (TSD).
