Silego Technology SLG59M1736C Power Switch IC is an ultra-small 33mΩ, 2.2A pFET integrated power switch with controlled inrush current. This switch is self-powered and operates from 2.5V to a 5.5V supply voltage. The SLG59M1736C switch achieves a low RDSON across the entire input voltage range. This switch IC is used in applications up to 2.2A with a very small 0.64mm2 Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging (WLCSP) form-factor. Ideal for health monitoring and watch applications.
